Our featured vodka of the festival is locally crafted using a cold-brew coffee infusion.  

The process involves freshly roasted coffee beans, course ground and steeped in filtered water. After 24 hours of maceration, the resulting liquid is a smooth cold brew coffee, with notes of dark chocolate and hazelnut. After filtering, we blend the cold brew with high proof corn vodka, and a touch of cane sugar. The results are a rich, true coffee flavor.
